<p>I called my broker to inform him that i would need to claim on my Discovery Insure policy as my iphone. He told me that he would ask discovery to contact me. Within an hour i received a call from Preyalen from Dicovery who explained the process clearly. I took my phone in that day to ifix to do the assessment. I received a call early the following morning i received a call from Preyalen to say that he received the assessment report and has authorized my claim and my phone will be repaired.</p> <p>I am very impressed with the fast turn around time, to Preyalen thank you for making my claim a priority and going the extra mile!!!!
