Brilliant service

<p>Had the pleasure of speaking to Tshepo Mohatle from the Claims deparrtment and Discovery insure with regards to my claims *** on the 19/05/2016. I have been trying for a week to get a hold of the consultant that is suppose to be handling my claim and leaving messages for her to call me back to no success. When I got through to Tshepo as frustrated as I was he was bale to take ownership of the query and assisted me with all the information that I needed, he answered all the questions that I had with regards to my claim and at the end of the call I felt at ease knowing that my claim was being handled by such a professional person. Being from a customer service background as well I really appreciate great service and what I recieve from Tshepo is Excellent!! Keep it up my guy :-)</p>
