Brilliant road side assistance

Good afternoon Manager(s) of Moloko Mathabathe and Christo Smit,

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Moloko and Christo on the morning of the 15th of August when my car broke down: It is never a pleasant experience needing roadside assistance in peak hour traffic in the morning, but due to these capable employees, it was totally pain free.

I was really impressed with the handover of my case between Christo and Moloko - Christo was done for the day and explained the situation to me very nicely.

The towing company took a bit longer than expected to contact me, but Moloko contacted me every 15 minutes or so to ensure I am safe and still alright.
