Brilliant engagement and service

I called Discovery to log a claim regarding my IPhone and i was pleasantly engaged with Bianca Petersen who was not only sympathetic my problem but the level of service she provided from the minute we engaged telephonically through the follow up process and always keeping in touch with me was just magical. Where we become so accustomed to bad service in South Africa, Bianca needs to be awarded with a Gold medal for outstanding service, absolute compassionate heart and diligent follow and follow through. This experience will resonate with me for a very long time and i believe individuals like Bianca must be recognized for their commitment and passion for delivering good service.
