Brilliant Client Hands from Discovery Insure's Theo Mokhine

Just a quick word of gratitude for the excellent service given by Discovery Insure Executive Office employee Theo Mokhine. My vehicle was taken in for what were meant to be minor repairs early January. After a number of weeks and the run around from the panel beater, I contacted Discovery and Theo was assigned to my escalation. He handled all communications with the panel beater going forward, assigned Discovery's own assessor to sign off on the repairs after they were initially unsatisfactory by the panel beater, extended my car hire at no charge, and ensured he called me twice a day to keep me posted on progress. He did this even while he was on leave. This is the kind of service I expect from a company like Discovery
