Brilliant Claims Administrator!

We had quite an intricate claim which we logged with Discovery Insure. After struggling to get the message through to the initial call center agent, we were assisted by Celeste Ndlovu who was appointed as our Claims Administrator.

She listened and understood the complexity of our claim as well as the timeframe of the events that occurred leading up to us logging the claim.
