Breakdown changed to safe home - effortless

If you have a breakdown on a Friday evening at 19:00, you expect the worst ... not with Discovery Insure! I logged a request to be phoned back for a vehicle breakdown, on the app. Zunaid Joseph phoned me and arranged that the vehicle and I was picked up with a rollback. In the end, he phoned me 6 times (stated the co-payment, had it covered, followed up on the pickup and the progress home) throughout the process until I could tell him that the vehicle and I was home safely at 22:01. Well done!
