Breach of contract

My car is still not properly fixed since 3rd February 2018, Solomon from Discovery is not returning my calls, the call Centre keeps making empty promises that I'll be called in 48 hours... I want someone to advise me on what to do with this. Preveshan Naidoo is also not returning my calls.
