BOTCHED JOB

Hi, I submitted a motor accident claims last year and collected my car after repairs with your service provider Proline Autobody only to find repairs have not been done property. I am driving a car with a boot that is not aligned , no head lamp, a side mirror that is cracked yet I had a valid paid claim. My complaints via e-mail land on deaf ears, I have been complaining with both yourselves and your service provider with no response . My claim number is ***. I took the liberty of going to another panel beater Sanrose, they prepared a quote to fix all of this. I hope to hear from you on when I can take my car in to them for repairs as it is clear that your other service provider in not capable.
