Bongani Maluleka Retention

This compliment is for Mr Bongani Maluleka from the Retention Department. At the beginning of our call, he asked me how I am and I told him that I was really unimpressed and angry at Discovery, he promised that by the end of the call, he would turn that disappointment to a smile and he did. He listened to my plea, understood, gave me a chance to talk without any interruptions and most of all, his professionalism and politeness. He is indeed star and a gem. When my cellphone airtime ran out (after calling your call center for over 46minutes) Mr Bongani Maluleka called me back to finalize my query. I was ready to jump ship and go to Outsurance, but Mr Maluleka made me change my mind. Words cannot describe how impressed I am by him, from his politeness to his professionalism while dealing with an unhappy client. I so wish to get him everytime I call in. He is a STAR.
