I received an email from Discovery saying that if I didn't have a tracker put on my car that there was chance they wouldn't pay for my claim. That's an immediate cancellation for me. I asked twice for my policy to be cancelled and got nothing but automated emails. I was then forced to call them to do this. Bongani was very apologetic and very helpful (even offering to call me back to save me money) and explained things very calmly to me. I was angry and Bongani was very patient with me. Thank you Bongani - 5 stars for YOU!
