Bongani Maluleka from the Retentions department
Bongani Maluleka assisted me with a query with two of my insure client. He was extremely friendly and assisted me within a few minutes after it took me two days to get it sorted. He went the extra mile where others did not and I really hope he will be able to assist me in the future once more. Excellent customer service!
