Blown away by the speed of claim processing!!!

I was absolutely blown away by the speed, professionalism and excellent service I received from Nonqoba Ndawonde. I had an area power outage for 5 days and all my fridge and freezer contents were destroyed. I submitted the claim on a Monday afternoon, only submitted my documents on Tuesday morning and not even an hour later, she called me to say the claim has been authorised and payment will reflect in 48-72 hours.
