<p>I feel like I was conned into this insurance policy by the promise of rewards and support in the event of an accident. I have received none of that and no rewards either. Discovery delivered my vehicle to a panel beater of their choice and when I asked for the vehicle to be moved they informed me I will have to pay for the tow because I withdrew the claim, and this at this time of year. Makes no sense that I cost them no money as I am paying for the repairs myself, and they can't even assist me with a tow unless I pay for it. So now I am left in the lurch hunting around for some way to move the vehicle - support indeed. </p>

We can confirm that once a claim is withdrawn by a client the costs associated with the vehicle being moved becomes the onus of the client as no valid claim exists.
Having looked at the fuel rewards aspect of your concerns, we note that no fuel transactions are being recorded, please visit the Discovery website and ensure that your card is linked. Thereafter please be sure to swipe the card when you fill up at Shell and BP.
