Billing/pricing/professional retentions staff
Due to financial reason I decided to terminate my diiscovery insurance on my vehicle. The retentions team I dealt with were very helpful and quick. They offered me alternative policies with better pricing etc. However I still made a choice to change to a different insurer.
The two gentlemen that assisted were Castello Govender and a mr Duduzile Leope.
Thanks discovery I had great service from you. It wasn't you it's just my budget!
