Kirk De Sai from the Retentions department Responded rapidly to from my email through a call at 8:12AM regarding my billing profile. Pulled off to the side to the road to answer his call and upon hearing this asked for a more convenient time to talk speak and requested he do so in 5min.

To my amazement he done exactly that and what a breath of fresh air. This was the best service I’ve received from Discovery, no tension, or unfortunately or any barrier in communication.

He Transitioned effortlessly from explaining my billing profile to upgrading it with another value-added product without causing my any frustration and confusion.
