Hi Hello Peter,<br> <br> Please assist as i have not received any feed back with respect to the money debited from my account while I cancelled the insurence before it can start. I cancelled on the 30th of November 2014 but the money went through on the 1st and again last month January as well even though I phoned again to let them know that i am no longer going ahead with them as my insurence decreased my premium.<br> <br> I called again after the debit order went through in Jan and spoke to Dibatso, she was so helping and told me that she doesnt know why it was still active though I have cancelled. <br> <br> I even sent email to this mail address to ('videsh' ) to ask her to check for me if it was cancelled for me without even getting any response.<br> <br> I was asking if I could please get my refund as i was covered by my insurence.<br> <br>
