Big-Ups to Discovery_SA Twitter Platform!!!

I think if anything as a customer who has logged a query or complaint, you need to know that it is acknowledged and that necessary steps are being taken to get it resolved as soon as possible.

I didn’t get that when I had reached out to Discovery Insure through the app, email or their contact number, instead it dragged on and I was left with having to constantly call them time and time again to get feedback which didn’t yield any results.

I will say that though with having directly messaged Discovery SA on Twitter, I have since been assisted and my issue has been resolved.

With that said I would like to thank Theo Mokhine for his amazing service, constantly communicating with me, and for having my issue resolved.
