My claim was handled by Moipone Hlongwane, she clearly explained the process and what to expect. I was kept up to date regularly regarding my claim. Not even once did I have to call to make a follow-upJ. I later received information about assessment, which was then followed by claim approved.</p> <p>Although this was a tragic experience my enjoyed the professional service provided.</p>
