Big Up to Dimakatso Sefuthi

Yesterday I had car problems, and had to call my insurer for assistance. I was fortunate to speak to the warm Dimakatso Sefuthi from Discovery Insure. She took her time to listen to me trying to explain what I thought the problem was. A minute after the car I had received an sms stating help was on the way. When it turned that I had misdiagnosed the problem, it took less than 30 minutes for the tow truck to arrive. On my way home, while up there in the tow truck, I received a call from her asking if I was ok, that warmed my heart. I have never been a recipient of such service. She made my ordeal bearable, Dimakatso is the best
