While there are some aspects of Discovery Insure that are shockingly bad and will be overruled by the Ombudsman shortly, it is also a real breath of fresh air to deal with other agents like Bianca Plaatjies. I requested a quick response to my claim, and she called me to clarify, authorised the claim and arranged payment all on the same day. Friendly, efficient, effective and professional - very well done. Discovery needs more of these and less of the bad guys.
