<p>Bianca illustrates the meaning of a hassle free claims process. I lodged a claim with Discovery Insure for replacement of a ****** item on 29 March 2017 and Bianca processed and finalised my claim by 6 April 2017, which enabled me to have the item replaced by 8 April 2017. Bianca was friendly, informative and extremely helpful. From a happy and satisfied customer - Thank you Bianca! </p>
