Bianca Manaka - Employee of Gold at Discovery Insure

The review is NOT for Discovery Insure, as I had the worst experience with them twice in a row. My last claim I was treated like a ******** for 16 days by Renier du Plessis in order to "validate" my claim. Validation now requires a client to share her personal bank statement with a stranger and allowing this stranger to contact establishments for till slips by claiming he is me. Anyways, after this horrible experience, an extremly friendly & helpful lady named Bianca Manaka stepped in to save the day! She turned my claim around in literally 2 hours. From not knowing where my car is, what the damage report said and what the steps forward will be - to my claim being closed, my car being repaired and my transport sorted - ALL OF THIS WITH ONE PHONE CALL. So this review is NOT for Discovery - it's for Bianca. Thank you for taking away 16 days worth of stress and harassment, Bianca.
