Beyond poor service

On the 14th of April I disputed the finding of a claim that I feel that the outcome was unfair. Phamela responded and asked Busi to look into it. After some back and forth they advised me that I need to re submit the Dispute which I did ooday no feedback, no phone call from Discovery.

I still state that just because I'm a black female from the township you guys are treating me like ****! You would have not done this to a white person.

Can someone bother themselves to go look at the many mails I have sent?
