Beyond My Expectations - Discovery Insure
What an amazing experience of promptness, caring and feedback. Yesterday I was unable to get my car started. I called my broker who in turn logged a call with Discovery Insure. Within in no time, Zunaid Joseph was on the phone and within 5 minutes of listening to my problem, he located a service provider. From then on it was as if I was the only person who had a problem. Zunaid went out of his way to ensure that my needs were attended to. To add to the pleasurable experience was a call later to ensure that I was mobile and that all was in order.
