Beyond expectation!

<p>I went through a traumatizing time. During this event I have lost my wedding- and engagement ring. I phoned Discovery to process a claim for me. I was assisted by Kevin du Plessis. Kevin immediatly empithised with my situation. He was proffesional in the dealings of my situation. I have never experienced service so fast , effecient and proffesional. Kevin also constantly followed up on the proces of the claim. Being in the retail business he exceeded his costomer service beyond expectations. </p>
