Beware they don’t cover when you need them even with proof of what happened

Beware when you insure with them, claimed for my TV after one night my UPS beeped and the tv went to the grave with the UPS and they sent a guy to look at it and that’s just what he did look took the serial number and left,, then they refuse the claim saying normal wear and tear, I took the tv to a repair company to see what happens and they wrote a report it’s damaged due to power surge the board is fried and they still disregard that after disputing it and submitting the report. I’m covered for power surges and they now just don’t want to cover saying wear and tear, I see also on these reviews I’m not the only one, they also don’t get back to you I have had to call them all the time to follow up very let down by them have all the discovery products and now this- been without a tv for more than a month now very frustrating
