Beware of Discovery Insure Incompetence

Beware of Discovery Insure's Incompetence. If you are using them leave before its too late. If you want to use them DONT. Go somewhere else. If they reply dont believe them when they say they will get back to you. They lie through there teeth and falsely report on any kind of progress when you do unfortunately have an incident and need repairs.

No one replies to any emails and you can send through as many emails to complaints as you like they will just ignore you. The consultants are pathetic and i have no idea how they are able to function properly with their lack of care. they are not even able to provide you with correct telephone numbers to contact them. If you do speak to them they almost always blame something else. They have no backbone and dont take responsibility for anything.

My car has been in for repairs 28 July and its now November... I'm still waiting. I received one call to update me it will be who knows how much longer because the Discovery Insure consultant doesn't know up from down or left from right.

The dashboard they supposedly provide you shows false information. Discovery Insure dont care about this detail. They obviously support that their own dashboard which is supposed to help me track progress is incorrect and showing false information. They recon my car was repaired on the 28 August. Well i wish it was because its well past that date...

Lets see if get my car back by the end of this year. Maybe miracles happen. Who knows right? Not discovery Insure thats for sure.
