BEWARE ABLE TO OPEN ACCOUNTS ON OTHER PEOPLE NAMES

Please beware that Discovery Insure allows people to open an account on other peoples names without authorization. They allow you to open an account and authorize debit orders without the policy holders consent, but when you want to cancel the policy or query why they have deducted unauthorised amounts you have to submit a consent form then wait 2 days for a response to say if you are now authorised to query before you can find out why they debited money without consent.<br> <br> How is this professional or even legal???<br> <br> And when you point this out they say they are sorry but that is the process and there is nothing they can do about it not to mention the rude tone of voice from a supposedly Senior Consultant.<br> <br> Absolutely despicable.<br> <br> I will never deal with Discovery Insure ever again and I will advise everybody I know to do the same.
