Best Service in South Africa

I called Discovery insure as I needed to add a few things on my insurance. A lady by the name of Dudu Mkhize helped me. Apart from just helping me with what I needed, this lady was so good that she took the time to explain what is actually covered by the insurance because in this day and age the service in this country has gotten to an old time low. I know of companies who make you feel like they are doing you a favour as customer. I believe while this might not be possible, time is the greatest service you can give a customer. I mean this lady gave all the time in the world to ask any other question, am I happy with everything that she done. Now I must say has been my experience with Discovery insure of good service, but this woman brilliant. Now as a customer you do not mind paying for this kind of service.
