Best Service in a VERY LONG TIME

Usually when I conduct business in south Africa I am used to ****py service, but you raised the bar and gave me hope for a change! Not only do you know your job, you were VERY skilful to solve my problem with a VERY positive approach!!<br> <br> You made may day !! not once did I had to follow up from my side, but you went the proverbial extra mile to handle my claim in the best possible manner thinkable!!!<br> <br> I will definitely stick with this Insurance Company if this is the type of people they employ !!!<br> <br> Well done Kele you redefined good service in my dictionary <br> <br> This was not Good service , this was F###ing amazing service !!!!! <br>
