Best service from Kastello Govender-Discovery Insure
I got assisted by Kastello Govender from Retentions on 22 September. His service was exceptional and he is very patient, good at listening to the customer concern and coming up with the best advise that is a win-win. Although I was really unhappy when I made the call, but he managed to calm me down and made me realise what he was advising me on was also best for me. I am now saving R407.32 on my vehicle insurance.
