Best service ever that I have experienced in my life

On Thursday 26th of November 2020 afternoon while driving in Paarl, we got traffic every where. We were still queuing to drive and then we saw the warning light come on advising the car is overheating. We pulled over and called Discovery insure as we were unable to drive further. We called Discovery insure and spoke to Aretha Tobias and her service was excellent. She advised the tow truck will be to tow the car and drop us off at home. In less than 15 minutes the tow truck was there and we were on on way home. While driving she called again to follow up. WOW great customer service. Thank you Aretha Tobias for your excellent service
