On the 7th November I got into a car accident in which my car and the other person's car got damaged. I called Discovery insure to report the incident. I was assisted by a lady named Nontombi Tsomo, she was a total breath of fresh air as I was still shaken up from the incident. She kept me at ease and insured that the issue was handled swiftly and with the utmost care and accuracy. In less than an hour my car was booked in for inspection and will soon be taken in for repairs, and so will the other party's car and I have been kept up to date with my claim. When I called I was expecting to be given the run around like most insurance companies do, but was pleasantly surprised with Discovery.
