Best service ever! Discovery Insure!!
My car battery was faulty and couldn’t start - called Discovery roadside assist and Mpumelelo Khoza answered - arranged someone to come out. Mpumelelo called me shortly after to give me an eta for assistance to arrive. They arrived 5 min earlier and about 10min after my car was sorted, Mpumelelo called me to find out if everything is okay.
I never rate a service 10 out of 10 as there is always room for improvement, but today you get a 10 out of 10!!
