Best Service ever.

I’ve been with Discover Insure for a while now and I must say I’ve never ever met anyone more diligent and patient like the agent Andy Tommy who assisted me with my recent claim. After a frustrating week dealing with different agents who couldn’t help; I was frustrated and angry and then Andy picked up the call and literally had my problem sorted in a short period of time. He informed me where he could not assist and also let me know where he could and definitely came through for us. If only every encounter one had was like this one would have more faith in Insurance. Thank you Andy Tommy, you’re such a huge Asset to Discovery. I was ready to jump ship but your sterling service has retained me as a customer.
