We had leaking pipe in our bathroom during the holidays and as soon as we could speak to Tirzah she immediately organised for Riaan Whitney to come out to assess the fault and the damage. What amazing service within 24 hours he had submitted his report and we have been given the go ahead to complete the repairs and will be paid out within 72 hours. Both Tirzah and Riaan have have gone the extra mile to make this as stress free as possible, they really have been amazing we could not praise them enough for their quick response and efficient service.
