The best experience ever! My claim was handled by Olifile Majake, who is possibly the best claims agent I have ever come across. Not only was my claim finalized in 24 hours, he kept me up to date and communicated constantly. Even on email, he gave sufficient information, kept me updated, expedited my claim because of my upcoming travels.

Thank you so much for having such wonderful staff. Thank you for the great service. Now I won't complain when I pay my premiums.
