I contacted discovery to arrange my courtesy car and spoke to a very agitated person on the other line telling me that it will take 24 hours and that I’m not getting a courtesy car today, I didn’t like the tone of his voice, my problem just didn’t seem to be big enough for him this morning, I asked him to put the call through to someone else, then this calm friendly voice appeared, the person called Grayson Pillay spoke to me as if I am the only customer discovery had. What a pleasant experience, all sorted in 2 minutes no hassle whatsoever. Thanks Grayson you make discovery proud. One in a million.
