I called Discovery today and I spoke to Mathibedi Chueu from Retention dept. The guy was awesome, very helpful and friendly. I wanted to cancel my policy with Discovery. Guess what he made sure that I dont and he offered me an alternative policy to suite my budget. Thank you so much Thibi. you saved my day. Keep up the good work. You are the best!
