What a wonderful service by gentleman called Carel Nortje. This has been one wonderful turnaround of time I have ever seen in my life. My money which I have been paying over to this insurance company, it worth every cent of it.

Long story short, my wife and I got involved in an accident some seven days ago, our car was then written off by the insurance. Fast forward, I lodged a claim with them the following Monday, was assisted by a gentleman called Gordon van Wyk. Very helpful and made me feel like I am part of the family. Then outstanding documents were requested from us, which due to work commitments, we could not supply the documents on time. But ones submitted to Carel this morning, he instantly completed his report, sent it through to the Claims Settlement Department, which was loaded on their systems for authorisation. Same day when I called the Claims, I was assisted by another lovely gentleman called Thobo, who informed me that they are just waiting for authorisation. All in all, Discovery is one of the best. Their employee have got sense of humanity and warmth at heart.
