<p>I called regarding an old claim that I had. Thobile Nqotheni assisted me over the phone, I was assisted by her even in 2014 and as I was holding I was praying that I go through to her and luckily I did. Even in 2014 I sent a compliment for the service she gave me. I am even more impressed with her almost 2years later. She is still very professional, I love the respect she gives to us as members, she is a very good listener. From the tone of her voice you can tell that she is willing to assist. </p> <p>Days later I called and spoke to Kagiso Shabangu, she too is on another level, she said "I will get the issue resolved", gave me timelines, kept in contact with me even now as we going through this process, she still has the energy, calls me promptly to follow up. The 2 ladies are very professional and I enjoy being assisted by them. When your car is damaged, you do not need agents that will stress you even more by not following up or treating you unfairly and these two ladies know how to do that. I am very impressed and hope that you both get rewarded for the great job you are doing.</p>
