Best part of my day so far

<p>I ended up talking to Ayanda Pholwane when I called to arrange a forced debit off my account for my car insurance. I also needed to change address and debit order date. This was all done in the space of a few minutes without any hassle whatsoever. She chopped and changed my options as I mentioned them and gave me the info which resulted quickly and clearly. She's also the type of person who really listens and laughs along so you end up telling her your whole life story! Lovely experience from beginning to end!</p>
