Best Non-Bureaucratic experience with an Insurer

We were locked out of our home and it required a locksmith and all the usual replacement lock costs. I checked our cover, saw that we could claim. The process of establishing the claim, getting direct process oriented feedback on what was needed and given a time-frame of expectation was just outstanding.
