I placed a claim for a ****** item that was insured. Within a few days, the claim was processed. I also received daily feedback regarding the claim. The consultant, Jane Legodi, was awesome. She knew her job well and was very professional and friendly. When I emailed or phoned her, she always responded promptly. I honestly did not expect this type of service from an "Insurance" company.
