I was struggling to upload documents on the online vault and i only sent on Twit to @DiscoverySA on twitter and the rest is history....they got Theo Mokhine to call me. The guy is just great, he understands customer service and all discovery services am so greatfull. i must add the discovery twitter team are always on top of their game thank God for that digital platform. N Ningiza
