I had an unpleasant situation when towed home and was asked to pay R400.00 of which I didnt pay, I called the following day to find out why I was told that and Tshidi told me I did a good thing by not paying and I was insured and didnt need to pay a cent, she explained a lot of things regarding my benefits on the policy and was very patient with me.
