Best customer service ever , from Mr. Kastello Govender who works at Discovery Insure

This review is based solely on the service received from Mr. Kastello Govender who works at Discovery Insure, at Retentions at the Sandton branch. He assisted me with so much energy and his professionalism is absolutely amazing.

Prior to being assisted by Mr. Govender, I had received terrible service from Discovery Insure, countless times, i had lost count with how manytimes my phones were hangup, promised to be called back and the back and forth for more than a month. After the bad service i received, I wanted to leave Discovery. However Mr. Govender managed to assist me with a reasonable premium for my car insurance and i will not be cancelling my car insurance with Discovery. Thanks to him.
