Best customer service as received from Discovery Insure

It is rare in this day and age that insurance representatives (consultants) listen and selflessly takes their time to explain RELEVANT AND MOST IMPORTANT insurance details, options and implications in ensuring that the customer is assisted to only commit to what they clearly and fully understand.

On the 3rd of February 2020, I spoke to Patricia Lekalakala from Discovery Insure (Retention department) where my intention was to cancel the insurance policy. Patricia clearly explained the implications of my decisions with no intentions to challenge or change my decision (you've shown respect towards your client's views) and she further guided me into an affordable insurance option which allowed my insurance profile to remain active.
