Good day,<br> <br> I wanna thank Mr Jaco Terblanche, for the awesome service he bring to clients, when I 1st spoke to Jaco, I thought he was a manager because he can handle any situation that a client or a brokers bring to his attention. <br> <br> I remember speak to someone and they couldn't assist and I demanded to speak to Jaco, because I thought he was a manager, and at the end of the call I was the happiest man.<br> <br> If I were to decide where to put Jaco, I would have put him in Team Leading department, Thanks to Mr Jaco Terblanche, when I saw him I was amazed by how speaks over the phone, it was still the same, after every word he say he puts a smile behind it.<br> <br> Big ups for Jaco Terblanche, 100% welldone Job
